Shipping details

We process all orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. This processing time isn't included in our shipping estimates. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding local holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as correcting the address or adjusting sizes, please contact us immediately at to ensure adjustments can be made before your order ships. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay the shipping charges ($12) again.

If your package is lost, delayed, or you received a delivered status update, but the package has not arrived, please contact so we can assist you.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping or delivery partners.
