WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 15 days of the shipping date.


All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached.


To avoid the risk of refusal, we ask that you please inspect your item for any pet hairs or lint and be sure to remove inside + out before sending back.


We cannot accept returns of liquidation or “Final Sale” items. (This does not include seasonal or promotional sales events that may happen during the year.) These specific items will be marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.


Although we are happy to provide free exchanges and returns, initial shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, please note that we will only cover the cost of 1 return label per order number, so ensure that if you have multiple items to exchange and/or return within the same order, you must send them back all together.


To return an item, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions on screen.


Please note that the complete Order Number must be entered (ie. USEn#XXXX).


We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 business days. As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding initial shipping costs) to the payment method used to place the original order.


Note: Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement. This additional delay depends on your bank and credit card.


*International Customers:
If you live outside of the United States, you must pay for the return shipping and shipping for the exchange. The original shipping amount will not be refunded for returns.
 
Unfortunately, some international shipping costs more than the product so this is our only option. To return or exchange an international order, please email customerservice@yogajeans.com with your order number and a brief explanation.*

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.


The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.



WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number is actually your Customer PO#. This number is located on your invoice at the top right hand corner. (ie. USEn#XXXX).



WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN MY RETURN PACKAGE?

Only your item(s) + invoice need to be included in the return package.
